The NTB Network was established in 1995 to remove non-technical barriers to the development of liquid biofuels (used in engines and boilers). As of January 2002 the NTB Network is part of the European bioenergy networks - EUBIONET, which provide access to information of solid, gaseous and liquid biofuels.
